    this is my 3/4th attempt to get an answer as to my payment(s) explanation i.e the charges made to my credit card are as follows and making a total of £50.47 which is twice the price you are now quoting from the website today !

    15 May 2013 £17.49
    7 Jun 2013 £9.99
    8 Jun 2013 £22.99

    I have attempted to email you copies of my statements but only receive what seems to be a
    computer generated response asking me to “reply within the lines” which I am unable to do from my Samsung Note or Macbook Air.

    Please help but not from a computer! I don’t wish to put this as a dispute with my card company
    yet for a possible chargeback to your account.
