Warm weather leads to outdoor fun and what’s a better way to spend your day then riding roller coasters? Amusement Parks can be an overwhelming place but with your CoPilot app and a few of our tips, we think you can get a pretty good handle on this massive carnival.
Check the weather: Use CoPilot to check the weather before you leave, that way you can dress accordingly. It’s always a good idea to bring layers in case the weather changes once you arrive.
Charging Case: Along with using CoPilot’s power saving mode, it may be worth it to invest in a case that protects and charges your phone if you’re going to be out of the house for hours at a time.
Waterproof your device…sorta: Keep your phone in a clear, plastic zip lock bag to ensure that it won’t get too wet when you’re on a water ride.
Map out the park: You know how to navigate, you use CoPilot after all! It’s easier to know where you’re headed before you get there and it saves time too! Another useful hint: Start at the back of the park and work your way to the front. Most parkgoers will start at the first ride they see which leads to long wait times for you!
Always pick a spot to meet: If anyone from your group should get lost, make sure to designate a place to meet.

Plan a BBQ!
A more low-key celebration that’s sure to bring all day fun! Grilling in the backyard with your family and friends is a great way to spend MDW. You’ll probably be able to play a few impromptu games of basketball or kickball, too!
Catch the parade!
Small towns and big cities across the US put on a great parade on Memorial Day that highlights community veterans and military personnel. Check your local government’s website, or maybe a neighboring town, to see the closest parade to you.
Take yourself out to the ball game!
Take the family to see America’s favorite pastime live. Baseball season is still going strong with many teams playing on Monday. If you’re favorite team is on the road, organize a game all your own in your town with a few neighbors.
Honor our armed forces!
There are plenty of ways to honor the great Americans who keep us and our constitutional rights safe. Check out a list of charities benefitting military families and veterans.
Where you decide to go, CoPilot can help you get there.
