Anyone else having problems downloading Map updates? In the past downloading the NA map updates was an overnight task. Since the CoPilot Premium HD (IOS 7) update the download will take > 8 days running 24 hours on a WiFi Connection that tests at 25Mbps using Ookla SpeedTest.
Posting a Support Ticket about this is not possible because the Flash(?) form fails to accept “CoPilot Premium HD” (the new app name) as a valid choice — but the older app names are not accepted because they are no longer supported. Fail.

Hi Jim. Sorry to hear you have had problems downloading the map updates. There will be a new map update today so I’d advise re-trying later.

I couldn’t reproduce the issue you mentioned with the support contact form – ‘CoPilot Premium HD’ is a selectable option on the form. If you’d like submit a question feel free to just select ‘CoPilot Premium’ though instead.
