I deownloaded copilot live but it only works until I shut the program off. The next time I go to use it I only get a dark blank screen. I uninstall it and reinstall it and the same thing happens. I have a Samsung Galaxy s4. 4.2.2 Jellybean. Please help to resolve the problem. This is my 2nd e-mail to you. Thanks!

Samsung Galaxy Note 2, and I am having the exact same problem. Additionally, if you pull down the notification menu to access a notification, it takes you to the lock screen. This is the only app that does that from the notification screen.
