    The update sounds very good……..

    But I’m hoping that you will also fix the problem with putting the maps any other data (not program) on an external SD card. Android changed the naming conventions and changed to default so that individual applications must now enable this option themselves.

    Without it, most tablets become dedicated GPS devices if they install CoPilot, making them useless for anything else.

    Someone in your forums explained the change in detail and how you can fix it.

    Please put a compass on the driving screen. You have it available when following a route, it is needed in the regular map screen. It REALLY helps to know what direction you are heading in at times.

    It would help if you guys were more specific as to which versions of CoPilot are upgraded. I have CoPilot Truck for work and CoPilot Premium HD for personal use. Which versions does this upgrade apply to?

      Hi Chris,

      The blog post above is specifically mentions our CoPilot update is only for CoPilot Live Premium & CoPilot GPS customers. when there is an update for CoPilot Truck, you will either see it in the title or inside the context of the post.     No update is available in Play Store, even though the Co-Pilot itself states there is an update available! Anyone paying attention?

    I have copilot live premium for iPhone
    V9.4 shows in the app store but not as an update for my v9.3
    How do I update it? Itunes says there are no updates available.
    Also, after 5 months of trying to get the 12 months of free traffic advertised to me, and endless multiple requests to tech support which never got past the same error message, i finally gave up and bought it, which somehow worked perfectly. It left me feeling the victim of bait and switch scam.
    As far as I am concerned, you owe me what I spent on the traffic you kept telling me was free.
    Don’t advertise something as free that is not really available unless you pay money. That’s fraud.

    Hi. I have an android phone, a nexus 7, running Android 4.2.2.
    I’ve got CoPilot live and it seems that very time I use the program, it freezes, sometimes whilst setting a route at home, and sometimes mid journey. Today we missed our appointment as the screen was frozen.

    It’s there a fix for this?
