It takes about 2 days to download the maps each time. My droid x downloads about 60 meg and then just stops downloading maps and says check connection. I never have connection problems with other apps.

      Hi Aaron,

I apologize for the inconvenience you are experiencing. Are you downloading this through WiFi or a 3G connection? If you are downloading it through 3G, try downloading it through WiFi, it might speed up the process a little.

Thank you for your customer support.

I see on my GPS that the newly built Anthony Henday does not show on the map.
When and how do newly built streets and highways get entered?

      Hi Arch,

That is a great question, we provide customers with the ability to report map updates with our service called ALK MapSure. You can either request your new built street or highway through your app by going to Main Menu>MyCoPilot>Submit a Map Improvement. Or you can do it through this link http://www.alk.com/alk-digital-maps/gps-maps.asp. Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Thank you for your customer support.
