Your map download servers have been down for a while and the current application update process is incompatible with android 2.3.5 causing complete program crash when updating to .203 and now to .214. Only workable solution is to uninstall and then completely remove all vestiges of copilot including maps and then completely reinstall which doesn’t work when your servers are responding. Yes, incidents have been reported with no resolution on the update process incompatibility and all suggested “solutions” fail.

Unable to edit – correct statement should be which doesn’t work when your servers are NOT responding.
