      Hi Michael,

We have a section of our website dedicated to Support that includes in-depth product user manuals and FAQS: http://www.alk.eu.com/support/copilot-support/index-us.htm

You can also contact our Support team at anytime here: http://www.alk.eu.com/support/copilot-support/question-us.asp

And we have a Twitter account dedicated to answering Support related tweets @copilotlivesupport

The Blog and Facebook page is yet another way for you to contact us. We realize different people may prefer to contact Support via different channels, so we make them all available to you to ensure you have easy access to Support at all times.

I hope this helps you. If you have a specific Support question, feel free to ask it here!

      Thank you,
      Devon

Sorry for the blunt/rude comment. I appreciate the fact that you are utilizing popular communication channels to stay in touch with your users, despite the fact that the appeal of Facebook and similar offerings eludes me.

One of the things I miss about my TomTom device is the community that has developed around the TomTom – users supporting users. It’s a great resource, and is often better that TomTom’s official support. I would like to see the same thing for Copilot products, but the channels you use now pale in comparison to dedicated forums.

I think a dedicated forum would benefit the users as well as ALK, as many users would go there first for support, possibly finding that their question has already been answered – requiring no effort on the part of ALK’s own support staff. If their question hasn’t been answered already, the answer they do get will be there for others to find. It would also be a great place for users to share their own tips and tricks, as well as answers to other users’ questions.

Thanks for your feedback Uncle Mike. We’re in the process of creating dedicated forums for CoPilot users and it is something we’d like to roll out very soon.

    Hi Michael,
Online computer support has been a proven unsurpassed form of computer support in place, provided through phone, mail, chat and remote desktop.

Thanks for sharing the useful information. By the way I am a technician. I work for a company but I got an offer from Field & Technical Services. I did research online & found Field and Technical Services LLC have current openings for Environmental Sampling Technician. I am leaving current employer as I am not feeling comfortable with them. So any one can let me know, how is the work environment there?
