Share your TRIP or TWEET for CoPilot Live prizes

With Halloween less than a week away, we’re getting into the spooky spirit with our CoPilot Live Halloween Trip or Tweet Contest.

We want to hear about your most frightening journey!  It could be a bizarre occurrence or ghostly happening on a regular drive, a strange bump in the night or a terrifying trip down a back road in an unknown city or country.  If it was scary or weird, then tell us!

To enter the contest:

Post the details of your journey here on the blog or on Facebook and we’ll award what we think is the scariest with a free copy of CoPilot Live (for any platform) or a free 12 month subscription to our real-time traffic service ActiveTraffic. It’s up to you, you choose the prize!

Prizes will be awarded this Friday the 29th.  Anyone can enter, so get your friends and family that may not have CoPilot Live on their mobile device sharing their stories as well!

And for the Twitter fans:

Taking part in our Tweet competition is simple!  All you have to do is Retweet the phrase -

This #Halloween I’m following #CoPilot Live for a less frightening journey

and you’ll be automatically entered to win a free copy of CoPilot Live (for any platform) or a free 12 month subscription to our real-time traffic service ActiveTraffic . Again the winners will be announced this Friday the 29th.

So for chances to win, get posting and tweeting!

When I was a teenager, a friend of mine and I decided to take a ride down Whipporwill Valley Road – a long, narrow, twisting dirt road, bordered by woods on both sides, rumored to be one of the spookiest roads in the area. It was late at night and overcast, so there was no moonlight, and there were no street lights. Our headlights lit the way, but made it that much more difficult to see what was right next to us in the pitch black. As we slowly drove down the road, trying to scare each other and pointing out creepy looking things we saw in the shadows, I heard a shrill noise outside my window that sounded like it was only inches away. MY heart racing, and chills going up my spine, I yelled “go!”. We sped down the road, not knowing what had just happened. But we never went back there again.
